In light of the rate at which the COVID-19 virus is spreading, with heavy hearts, our best intentions, and an abundance of caution, the Happy Tooth and MyOrthodontist have made the decision to not perform any in office appointments through April 30, 2020 in response to our state and CDC safety guidelines.
Although the email we sent out earlier and our social media post from this past weekend outlined all the steps we were taking to minimize the spread of this virus, we now feel that it is not enough for us to do everything we can to #flattenthecurve. We feel we have the social responsibility to do what’s best for the greater good and have faith that our small business will weather this storm. We could not ask for a more loyal, supportive team and we will do what we can to take care of them during this time. We appreciate your understanding and as always, the trust you have put in us to take care of your orthodontic needs.
Please be patient with us as we contact scheduled patients to let them know of this decision. We will be reappointing patients as we receive more information from governing agencies about the spread & impact of the virus.
We will continue to be here for you! We are still able to do certain appointments virtually, including new patient consultations and continue our invisalign cases. Several of our team members are set up to remotely correspond with our patients. If during this time, you find that you are or your child is experiencing an orthodontic emergency, please contact your office and a member of our team will personally reach out to you with a solution.
The health and well-being of our patients, our team members and our community has always been and continues to be one of our top priorities. Be and keep those around you well.
We will continue to be here for you!
